Humimic Medical uses UPS Ground service for all shipments within the continental U.S., unless otherwise requested by the customer.
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are sent via UPS Ground and may incur an additional charge based on weight or insured value.
Note: Promotional shipping (such as free shipping) applies only to continental U.S. orders and is not available for Alaska or Hawaii
We want every customer to feel supported in their purchase. If you’re not satisfied, eligible products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
✓ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
✓ Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after the authorized return is received
✓ Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was shipped incorrectly
✓ Products purchased through authorized dealers must follow the dealer’s return policy
✓ Custom orders and special jobs are non-refundable
